1. Acceptance of Terms

AI Business Chinese provides AI-powered role-play practice for learning business Chinese, including scenario libraries, conversation practice, feedback, templates, and related content.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice, except where immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans ("Business Pro" and "Enterprise"). Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Enterprise invoices follow the terms in the applicable order or agreement.
Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
AI conversations must not contain illegal content, harassment, or any content that infringes third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, templates, and software — is owned by AI Business Chinese or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
Your AI practice conversations are yours; you grant us a license to store and process them solely to provide the Service to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or scrape Site content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate or complete. AI feedback is a learning aid, not professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Business Chinese shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections 6–8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Business Chinese is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
